Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own complex projects end-to-end, build high-quality products, and elevate team performance. This role blends strong coding ability, product thinking, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity engineering projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build impactful solutions
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Make smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and technical debt
• Improve system architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Solve complex engineering problems with practical, robust solutions
• Guide and unblock team members to ensure smooth delivery
• Set high standards for code quality and engineering best practices
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions (including LLM-based applications)
• Share learnings and identify patterns to improve overall systems and platforms
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth

What You'll Bring

Experience

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role
• Experience building products from scratch (0 → 1)
• Strong background in object-oriented programming

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Experience across full stack (frontend, backend, data systems, APIs)
• Good understanding of system design and architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based applications is a plus
• Ability to use technology to solve real business problems
