Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to design, build, customize, and deploy technical solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.

Develop and deploy customized solutions based on customer needs.

Build integrations using APIs, databases, and existing software systems.

Write and maintain production-quality code and automation scripts.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Prototype and test new solutions quickly.

Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.

Monitor deployed solutions and provide ongoing technical support.

Document solutions, processes, and technical requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.

Knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases, Git, and cloud technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of software development and debugging.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work directly with customers and, when required, travel to customer locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, or technical implementation.

Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is a plus with 3 years industry work experience.
