Forward Deployed Engineer (Full Stack AI Engineer)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure). This role requires working directly with customers to understand business challenges, design innovative AI-powered solutions, and rapidly deploy scalable applications in production environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Build AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Develop and integrate AI Agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and task automation.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
• Drive technical workshops, architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production implementations.
• Continuously optimize application performance, AI model effectiveness, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience building applications using Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Strong experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG-based architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS or Azure Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong customer engagement, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and AI model deployment.
• Experience in enterprise application integrations and solution architecture.
