Summary:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow orchestration. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to solve complex business problems and build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows.

Analyze business problems and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Build and implement RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.

Develop AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions for business process automation.

Design prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrail frameworks for enterprise AI applications.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and business applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI applications in production environments.

Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills : Strong hands-on experience in Python.

Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.

Experience with Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and automation frameworks.

Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application development.

Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solutioning skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Vertex AI Search, or similar cloud AI services.

Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, ADK, or equivalent.

Experience with open-source models and enterprise AI deployments.

Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and containerized deployments.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.

Experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, or related domains is preferred.

A 15 years full-time education is required
