Summary:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology stacks, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the integration process within complex technological ecosystems, fostering innovation and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for deployment and integration of AI workflows.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence deployment strategies and workflow orchestration.
• Experience in integrating AI models with multi-provider platforms and enterprise technology stacks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges in diverse technological environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and collaborative tools to support deployment activities.

• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
