Forward Deployed Engineer (6 Yrs)

Our Forward Deployed Engineers are the frontline technical strategists who translate product into performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and integrate client-specific software solutions end-to-end—covering on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infra (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Diagnose and resolve technical blockers across OS, databases, middleware, networking, and security layers in production environments.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to scope technical requirements and customize deployments for client SLAs.
• Document deployment architectures, runbooks, and support handoffs for client teams and internal stakeholders.
• Own post-deployment health checks, performance tuning, and client enablement to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Provide escalation support for critical incidents—acting as the client's technical advocate with engineering teams.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Linux/Unix administration
• TCP/IP networking
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Scripting (Python, Bash)
• Incident response and debugging
• Preferred
• Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments
• Knowledge of security hardening and compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
