About the Role

We are looking for senior, architect-level AI-Focused Forward Deployed Engineers to drive enterprise adoption of advanced AI tools for software engineering.

In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface for clients, leading onboarding, conducting workshops, translating business requirements into AI-driven workflows, and ensuring successful adoption and measurable value delivery. System design and deeper codebase engineering work will come in later phases.

We are also partnered with next-generation, US-based autonomous AI engineering systems that are redefining how software is built and delivered. In these environments, AI is evolving beyond an assistant into an active engineering collaborator.

These systems are capable of planning, building, debugging, and iterating software with minimal supervision, functioning like autonomous junior engineers that can handle real development tasks end-to-end. This shift represents a move toward fully agentic software development, where intelligent systems execute multi-step workflows, learn from feedback, and significantly accelerate modern software delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
• Translate customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
• Troubleshoot and provide real-time technical guidance to clients
• Relay customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams
• Support integrations, custom configurations, and pilot deployments
• Build client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical customer roles, or AI enablement
• Architect-level expertise with the ability to design and deliver solutions for complex and evolving challenges
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems and architectures
• Exposure to working with large multinational organizations
• Degree from a top-ranked university preferred
• Demonstrated career stability (minimal job hopping)
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and APIs
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel

• Consulting or solution engineering background
