Key Responsibilities
Architecture, Not Just Prompts
Understand model limitations deeply
Design Training Data Templates
Build RAG retrieval logic for banking domain
Deep Configuration -
Must have
Tune ASR Endpointing settings
Configure VAD thresholds
Adjust TTS prosody for specific use cases
Go beyond just setting the language
Deployment
Write Python integration code
Integrate bot into bank's workflow
Own Bot Performance end-to-end
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in AI/ML deployment
- Strong Python coding skills
- Understanding of LLM architecture and limitations
- Experience with ASR/TTS systems configuration
- RAG implementation experience
- Client-facing technical communication skills
- Self-directed problem solver
