Plumcot AI is on a mission to build Artificial Working Intelligence — purpose-built AI Agents and automated workflows for enterprise clients. We are hiring a FDE to design and ship AI-powered AI Agents across the Microsoft ecosystem, deployed into our own and our clients M365 environments. You will turn manual enterprise workflows into reliable, secure, AI-driven systems.
What you will do
- Work with clients to understand existing workflows and data structures
- Design and build AI automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Graph API
- Integrate Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services into M365 and Power Platform workflows
- Build custom connectors and Entra ID app registrations when out-of-the-box integrations fall short
- Drop into pro-code (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, C#/Python) where flows can't deliver
- Deploy solutions into enterprise client tenants with appropriate security, DLP, and governance controls
- Partner with our delivery team on discovery, scoping, and implementation
What you bring
- 2+ years building on the Microsoft stack
- Deep Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Hands-on Microsoft Graph API — reading data and executing actions across M365
- Proven experience with custom connectors and Entra ID / OAuth authentication
- At least one AI-integrated automation shipped to production
Bonus
- Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry experience
- PL-400 or AI-102 certification
- Security/compliance experience in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services)
- Consulting or client-facing delivery background
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Ability to work directly with customers, gather technical and business requirements, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in an ambiguous environment
