Department: Civil Execution – Formwork & Scaffolding
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7+ (BE / B. Tech) / 9+ (Diploma) years in civil execution – formwork & scaffolding
Skills
- Strong understanding of formwork systems and scaffolding structures.
- Proficiency in interpreting civil drawings and formwork layouts.
- Experience in planning and executing formwork and scaffolding activities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and load-bearing calculations.
- Coordination with site execution teams and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with modular formwork systems and conventional methods.
- Ability to prepare and review method statements and risk assessments.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
