Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Formulation Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Personal Care and Derma Product Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing formulations, conducting product trials, ensuring product quality, and supporting the successful launch of innovative cosmetic and personal care products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for skincare, haircare, personal care, and derma products.
- Conduct formulation trials, laboratory testing, and product evaluations.
- Perform stability, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Research new ingredients, raw materials, and formulation technologies.
- Improve existing products for enhanced performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Prepare formulation records, technical documents, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Marketing teams during product development and commercialization.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing-related challenges.
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Cosmetic Technology,Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Cosmetic, Personal Care, Skincare, Haircare, or Derma Product Formulation and Development.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients.
- Experience in formulation development, product testing, and stability studies.
- Knowledge of GMP practices and cosmetic regulatory requirements.
