About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Forex Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the Forex/CFD market and experience in client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into active clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into funded/active trading accounts.
• Understand client requirements and explain Forex/CFD trading products and services.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with KYC, support, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Stay updated with Forex market trends, products, and industry developments.
• Ensure all client communication follows company policies and applicable compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Forex, CFD, Stock Market, Financial Services, or related sales.
• Good understanding of Forex trading, currency pairs, leverage, spreads, and trading platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in international sales or dealing with global clients is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
