Forcepoint DLP Specialist

Role: Team Leader

10-12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Forcepoint DLP and enterprise Data Loss Prevention solutions

We are looking for an experienced Forcepoint DLP Senior SME Technical Lead to provide L3 technical support administration troubleshooting engineering and operational leadership for an enterprise DLP environment

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Forcepoint DLP architecture policy management incident investigation endpoint and network DLP upgrades integrations troubleshooting and operational support The resource should be capable of independently handling critical incidents and complex technical issues and provide SME-level guidance to the support team

Required Skills & Competencies

• Provide L3SME-level support for the Forcepoint DLP environment
• Administer and manage Forcepoint DLP infrastructure policies incidents and configurations
• Design develop implement and maintain DLP policies and rules based on business and security requirements
• Manage and troubleshoot Endpoint DLP Network DLP EmailWeb DLP and related Forcepoint components
• Investigate and resolve complex DLP incidents policy violations false positives and performance issues
• Perform root-cause analysis for critical DLP incidents and provide permanent fixes
• Handle Forcepoint DLP version upgrades patches configuration changes and migrations including pre-checks backup validation and rollback activities
• Monitor the health and performance of DLP infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues
• Troubleshoot DLP agents endpoint connectivity policy synchronization incidents and enforcement issues
• Manage DLP policies for sensitive data including PII financial data confidential information intellectual property and regulated data
• Develop and maintain DLP rules using content classifiers dictionaries patterns file types fingerprints and other relevant detection mechanisms
• Integrate Forcepoint DLP with enterprise security and infrastructure platforms such as SIEM Active DirectoryLDAP email security proxyweb security and other security tools
• Work closely with SOC Cybersecurity Infrastructure IAM Network Endpoint and Application teams for DLP-related requirements
• Support security investigations by providing DLP incident analysis and relevant evidence
• Participate in change management incident management problem management and service improvement activities
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation SOPs runbooks architecture diagrams and troubleshooting guides
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide technical mentoring to L1L2L3 support engineers
• Coordinate with Forcepoint TACvendor support for complex issues and manage technical escalations through resolution
• Review Forcepoint product advisories patches vulnerabilities and recommended upgrades
• Participate in security audits and compliance activities related to DLP
• Provide technical leadership during critical incidents planned changes and major DLP implementations
