QC Inspector (Footwear/Leather/Clothing Industry)

Location: Gurugram, India

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years as a QC Inspector in the footwear, leather goods, apparel, or clothing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects and non-conformities in products and work closely with production teams to address issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and standards.
• Perform routine audits of production processes and report findings to management.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology).
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the footwear, leather goods, apparel, or clothing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
