Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Footwear Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should come from a footwear background, with hands-on experience in factory coordination, production follow-ups, and order management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication with vendors and internal teams, and a sharp eye on timelines and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in the footwear industry

Prior experience working in a footwear manufacturing unit

Strong skills in production coordination

Ability to efficiently manage order tracking, vendor communication, and timeline adherence

Solid understanding of footwear materials and manufacturing processes

Familiarity with quality control and dispatch planning is a plus

10+ years 40,000/month

10+ years 50,000/month
