About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Footwear Designer who can turn ideas into products people actually want to wear.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of design, trends, and functionality — bringing fresh concepts to life from sketch to final product.

If you're someone who sees inspiration everywhere — streets, culture, people — and loves translating that into design, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and trend-forward footwear concepts aligned with brand identity
• Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for product development
• Work closely with product, sourcing, and production teams to bring designs to life
• Research market trends, materials, and consumer preferences
• Ensure designs balance aesthetics, comfort, and functionality
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and performance
• Stay ahead of fashion and footwear trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Conduct training sessions for trainers and enrolled learners to ensure effective understanding of course content, design concepts, and practical application.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 0–1 years in footwear design / fashion design (or strong portfolio)
• Mindset: A creator who takes ownership and thinks beyond just design
• Skills: Proficiency in CLO 3D, Sketching, design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), strong visual sense
• Strong understanding of materials, construction, and footwear detailing
• Someone who's curious, experimental, and not afraid to push boundaries
• A team player with a let's make it happen attitude
