Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Football Turf Captain. The role involves coordinating football games, managing on-ground activities, organizing teams, and ensuring smooth match operations. The Football Turf Captain will work closely with players to foster an engaging and enjoyable community experience while upholding the brand's values of inclusivity and sportsmanship. Responsibilities include maintaining the venue, sharing updates with players, and ensuring that all participants have an excellent experience while playing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of football, player coordination, and team organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with community members
• Ability to manage time effectively and ensure smooth operation of scheduled matches
• Basic event coordination and problem-solving skills to handle on-ground challenges
• A passion for sports and fostering inclusive communities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in alignment with match schedules
• Prior experience in sports organization, coaching, or team management is a plus
