About Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools

Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) is one of India's leading grassroots football academies, dedicated to nurturing young footballers through structured coaching, player development, and a positive learning environment. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Football Coaches to join our Bengaluru team and inspire the next generation of players.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured football coaching sessions for children.
• Plan and conduct training sessions in line with the BBFS coaching curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment.
• Monitor player development and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and academy staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Represent BBFS professionally during training sessions, leagues, tournaments, and academy events.

Requirements

• Passion for football and youth development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable coaching children.
• Flexible availability on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Willingness to learn and work within a structured coaching environment.
• Playing and/or coaching experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• AFC or AIFF License, or any equivalent coaching certification is an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced coaches are both welcome to apply. Passion, commitment, and a willingness to learn are valued just as much as prior coaching experience.
