Slomilled Foods is a premium natural food staples brand focused on live and preservatives free processing of traditional grains & seeds and retailing on-demand freshly milled daily kitchen staples using time-honoured traditional but at scale, food processes.

We believe that better food begins with better ingredients, thoughtful processing and transparency. Our store is not simply a place to buy products it is a place where customers can see their staples being milled live, can understand what they are eating and make better-informed choices for their families.

The maiden flagship store is operational in Gurugram (Golf Course Extn Road) with two additional stores planned for opening in Delhi NCR (North-West and East) by end of FY27.

Slomilled Foods | Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Potential: Opportunity to transition into a full-time Store Manager / Store Executive role based on performance

We are looking for a curious, articulate and enthusiastic individual who has a genuine interest in food, nutrition, traditional Indian grains and healthy natural staples.

This is a hands-on internship where you will learn about our products, grains, milling and food processes while working directly with customers and experiencing the day-to-day functioning of a premium food store.

For the right candidate, this internship can develop into a full-time position with Slomilled Foods, with the potential to grow into a Store Manager role.

What You Will Learn & Do:

• Food & Product Knowledge
• Develop an understanding of traditional Indian grains and staples.
• Learn about different types of flour, grains, dals, oils, ghee, nuts and other natural foods.
• Understand the difference between traditional and conventional processing.
• Learn about Slomilled Foods sourcing, milling and production processes.
• Develop the ability to explain product characteristics and nutritional aspects to customers in a simple, responsible manner.
• Customer Experience
• Welcome and interact with customers at the store.
• Understand their requirements and help them select suitable products.
• Answer customer questions about grains, flours, nutrition and our processes.
• Learn how to communicate the Slomilled Foods philosophy without being overly sales-driven.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and understand their feedback.
• Store Operations
• Assist with billing and day-to-day store operations.
• Learn inventory management, stock rotation and product handling.
• Help maintain store presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with customer orders and local deliveries.
• Maintain basic sales and inventory records.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Students or graduates from Nutrition, Food Science, Home Science, Dietetics, Hospitality, FMCG/Retail or related fields would be particularly relevant, but the educational background is not a requirement.

We are more interested in your curiosity, communication skills and attitude than in a particular degree.
