We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef/Cook to manage daily food preparation and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items as per recipes
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
- Handle food preparation and cooking during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food truck
- Manage basic kitchen prep and mise-en-place
- Monitor stock and inform when supplies are low
- Support smooth daily operations
- Work with the owners and assistant for efficient service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook/chef (food truck, restaurant, caf preferred)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to stand and work long hours
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
- Willing to learn and follow standard recipes
Working Hours
- Working hours are decided as per the weekly schedule and business needs
- Weekly off (as discussed)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per experience (15,000 - 20,000)
