B.Sc. Food Technology / B.Tech Food Technology /Post Graduate inMicrobiologyor equivalent

Experience

Minimum1 yearof hands-on experience in:

• Nutritional analysis
• Microbial testing
• Handling microbial testing procedures and lab equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct food quality and safety testing
• Perform microbial and nutritional analysis
• Maintain lab records, SOPs, and test reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
