Role Description

We already have a Head Food Technologist on contract who has been developing our product and has taken it through the final iteration prior to R&D manufacturing trials.

Nutritionists will also be a major part of promoting this brand strategically, as the brand relies on science for every step it takes. In the future, we may also hire board members for the brand to reflect trust, which will be an exciting opportunity for interns to gain useful insights from senior nutritionists.

However, your presence and suggestions within the team will be a core strength for strengthening our existing formulation and supporting the future growth of the company. You will be a key contributor to upcoming product launches and the overall product journey.

In the initial stages, your role will involve multiple responsibilities, including close alignment with Nutritionist, Business Developer, and Content Writer, all working toward a shared goal: to build strong, valuable products and reflect your hard work in the growth of the brand.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Food Technologist based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work.

As an early-stage startup, you will be treated as a core team member, with meaningful responsibilities and direct exposure to real business decisions.

Since the company is still in the process of building its foundation, a salaried role cannot be guaranteed within a fixed timeline. However, based on performance, contribution, and the company's growth, interns may be considered with priority for future paid opportunities when positions and budgets open up.

This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by learning, ownership, and hands-on experience, and who understand the realities of building something from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Your passionate about what you're doing and what you studied.
• Not working for entirely mercenary in initial phase or in future, passion builds everything.
• A proper understanding of food science and technology
• Little study about nutrition, which can be done even when you're in office.
