Job Description:

Job-Description(Role & Responsibilities):
(a) Formulate and troubleshoot stevia applications across beverages, dairy, bakery,and confectionery and nutraceutical segments.
(b) Run sensory trials, taste-masking, and stability studies.
(c) Work with client R&D teams on formulation.
(d) Help build our formulation protocols from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

(a) B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology.
(b) Relevant and good years of experience in food product development (sweeteners/beverages a plus)
(c) Curious about ingredient chemistry, not just checklist execution.
