Role Description

We are looking for aPart-Time Food Technicianbased inAmritsarto support thedevelopment of a snack producttailored for Indian consumers.

This is a hands-on role involvingformulation, process optimisation, and food safety compliance, working closely with the founder during the R&D phase.

Qualifications

• Develop and refine formulations forrelated snack products
• Standardizetoasting, mixing, and binding processesto ensure consistent taste and texture
• Assist in improvingshelf life, crunch, and ingredient stability
• Ensure compliance withfood safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines
• Support trials at asmall-scale or pilot manufacturing level
• Document recipes, SOPs, and basic quality parameters
