Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server based in Delhi, India. The Food Server will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Key tasks include taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization in serving areas, and collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves assisting in setting up events, addressing guest inquiries, and upholding company standards in food service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations.
- Basic understanding of Cooking and culinary processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and teamwork.
- Flexibility with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus.
- A professional attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
