Role Description The Food Server role at FISH DECK GOA is a full-time, on-site position located in Karnataka, India. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving dishes in a timely and courteous manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling basic billing and payment processes. The role also involves following hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean dining area, and supporting teammates during busy service periods. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of food & beverage and food service practices, including basic menu familiarity and serving etiquette.
• Basic cooking or kitchen assistance skills are beneficial for supporting the back-of-house team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, or a similar service role is preferred but not mandatory.
