Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Nagpur and involves working as a Food Production On Job Trainee. The trainee will assist in food preparation, cooking, and food service across various departments. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, supporting the kitchen team, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. The role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on training in a professional hospitality setup.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Food Preparation, Cooking, and ensuring quality in culinary practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow directions
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • A diploma or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management is a plus
  • Passion for learning and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic hospitality environment
