Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at Bardoli for a Food Production Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing food production processes, overseeing preparation and packaging, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining hygiene protocols. Daily duties include coordinating food and beverage operations, supervising food service activities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and optimizing efficiency in the production process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage production and Food Service management
• Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Leadership skills with attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work on-site in Bardoli
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field
