Job Title: Food Business Growth Consultant (Equity-Based)

Location: Remote (India)

Commitment: Part-Time (2025 hours per week)

Compensation: Purely Equity-Based (No fixed pay until funding)

About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a structured, innovation-driven food ecosystem focused on:

  • High-protein & functional food innovation
  • Smart meal systems for working professionals
  • Scalable kiosk-based food models
  • Data-driven food personalization

We are currently in the MVP and early traction stage and are moving toward structured GTM, PMF validation, and scalable growth systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Food Business Growth Consultant who can take ownership of building scalable growth systems from zero.

This is not a marketing-only role.

This is a business growth architecture role.

You will work directly with the founder to define how Kefilo scales from early traction to structured expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1 Growth Strategy Architecture

  • Define scalable growth roadmap (0 1000 customers)
  • Identify core target segments
  • Build structured expansion plan

2 Product-Market Fit Validation

  • Design feedback loops
  • Structure user response documentation
  • Improve positioning based on data

3 Revenue Model Optimization

  • Improve subscription models
  • Optimize pricing logic
  • Design upsell & retention systems

4 Channel Development

  • Identify high-leverage acquisition channels
  • Suggest partnership models (gyms, corporates, kiosks)
  • Develop low-cost acquisition frameworks

5 Investor-Ready Traction Framework

  • Convert user data into case studies
  • Structure growth dashboards
  • Define measurable KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in food startups / QSR / cloud kitchen / D2C food brands
  • Strong understanding of unit economics
  • Knows CAC, LTV, retention, subscription models
  • Strategic thinker with execution capability
  • Comfortable in early-stage startup ambiguity
  • Ownership-driven, long-term mindset
