Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Supervision
- Oversee daily restaurant and service operations
- Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
- Guest Service
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
- Engage with guests to enhance dining experience
- Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B associates
- Conduct daily briefings and assign duties
- Monitor team performance and grooming standards
- Service Standards
- Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Ensure proper service etiquette and sequence of service
- Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely food service
- Work with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure proper communication between departments
- Inventory & Control
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and service equipment
- Minimize wastage and control costs
- Assist in ordering and inventory management
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in F&B service
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
