Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Food & Beverage Sales Manager. The Food & Beverage Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the culinary and service teams, managing budgets, and overseeing event planning and execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and event coordination
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • 5-star hotel experience is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a luxury hotel setting, is a plus
