Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned F&B Controller to manage and optimize the food and beverage cost controls for our banquet and catering operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, inventory control, and procurement processes within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor food and beverage costs, pricing strategies, and inventory levels
• Conduct regular audits and variance analysis of stock and consumption
• Develop and implement effective cost control systems and procedures
• Liaise with chefs, purchase teams, and vendors to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare monthly reports on food costs, wastage, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an F&B Controller in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of banquet and large-scale catering operations
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Finance, or a related field preferred
