Food Whisperers is looking for an F&B Controller to drive cost control, profitability, and financial discipline across our F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food & beverage costs, P&L, and outlet profitability
- Manage inventory, recipe costing, wastage, and vendor controls
- Implement SOPs for cost optimization and compliance
- Work closely with operations to improve margins and efficiency
- Generate reports and insights using POS / ERP systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in F&B / QSR / Hospitality
- Strong understanding of cost control & inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel, POS, and reporting systems
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
