Food & Beverage Assistant / Hostess

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Assistant / Host(ess) at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting day-to-day operations of the restaurant or dining area. The role requires collaborative teamwork and a guest-focused approach to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage service techniques
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and meet their needs
• Experience in Food Service operations and managing a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team and maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in food and beverage services
• Fluency in English; familiarity with additional languages is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certifications are a plus
