Job Description

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces to ensure high quality and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints promptly, monitor dining rooms for service quality, and maintain high customer satisfaction goals.
