As we scale rapidly, building a strong, consistent, and measurable training ecosystem is critical — especially across Food & Beverage operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership F&B Training Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs across all goSTOPS properties.
This role goes beyond classroom training — you will be responsible for:
- Building on-ground operational excellence
- Driving consistency in F&B service and quality
- Owning training-led performance metrics across properties
You will work closely with a team of Field Trainers who execute training across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Program Design
- Design structured training modules across:
- Kitchen operations
- Food safety & hygiene
- Service standards
- SOP adherence
- Guest experience in F&B
- Build standardized onboarding and refresher training programs
- Ensure alignment of training programs with business goals (cost, quality, guest satisfaction)
2. On-Ground Training Execution & Audits
- Travel extensively across properties to:
- Conduct trainings for F&B teams
- Audit implementation of SOPs
- Identify gaps in execution
- Ensure consistent F&B experience across all locations
3. Team Management – Field Trainers
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 Field Trainers
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs
- Set clear expectations, training calendars, and performance standards
- Ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of training on-ground
4. Performance & Metrics Ownership
- Own key F&B training-linked metrics such as:
- Food quality consistency
- Hygiene audit scores
- Guest feedback (F&B-related)
- Cost control adherence (wastage, processes)
- Build dashboards and feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring operational issues and solve them through training interventions
- Collaborate with Operations and Central Teams to refine SOPs
- Bring in new ideas, tools, and best practices in F&B training
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- Substantial experience in F&B operations / training (hospitality preferred)
- Strong understanding of: Kitchen operations, Food safety & hygiene standards, Service design and guest experience, Experience in training frontline / blue-collar teams and willingness to travel extensively (this is non-negotiable)
Good to Have
- Experience in multi-location brands (QSRs, hotels, hostels, café chains)
- Prior experience managing trainers or leading L&D initiatives
- Exposure to SOP design and audit frameworks
