Job Title: Sr. Executive Food and Beverage

Location: Delhi

Reports to: HOD Food and Beverage

JOB Description - The Senior Executive Food & Beverage at Design District, Stonex Global is responsible to oversee day-to-day food and beverage service operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, smooth service flow, team coordination, and adherence to quality, hygiene, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

1) Supervise daily operations of restaurants, Events and bars

2) Ensure high standards of service quality and guest experience at all times

3) Lead, guide, and motivate F&B service staff during shifts

4) Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and front office teams for seamless operations

5) Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

6) Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards

7) Monitor service setups, mise-en-place, and closing procedures

8) Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and discipline

9) Support inventory control, stock checks, and cost control measures

10) Ensure SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines are followed

Qualifications & Skills

1) Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

2) (4 6) years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory/executive role within a luxury hotel.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and colleagues effectively.

4) Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage systems, property management software, and reservation procedures.

5) Excellent problem-solving and guest handling skills.

6) Good organizational and time management skills.

7) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
