Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Executive, based in Gurugram. The Bar Executive will oversee daily bar operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include creating drinks, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, training team members, managing costs, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for guests.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, drink mixing, and bar service standards
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and product stock maintenance
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities to manage staff, train team members, and maintain a cooperative work environment
  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in hospitality operations
  • Ability to handle on-site responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in bar or hospitality management and a relevant certification in hospitality or beverage service
