Food And Beverage Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Fazlani Nature's Nest. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards are met, providing excellent customer service to guests, and managing the staff. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses.

• Supervisory skills, including the ability to lead and manage staff effectively
• Experience in food service and handling customer complaints
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of service standards and excellent customer service practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or spa is a plus
