Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Steward, located at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur. The steward will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the efficient handling of food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with food service operations, and collaborating with the team for seamless service delivery. Daily tasks include setting up dining areas, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in training and development of new associates as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide a courteous and seamless guest experience.
• Proficiency in food and beverage handling and service processes.
• Experience or aptitude for training team members and ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Knowledge of food service and hospitality best practices, with attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling is a plus.
