Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day kitchen and food service operations across campus dining facilities.
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served in accordance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, food supplies, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Implement cost-effective practices to reduce food waste and optimize resources.
Culinary Services Oversight
- Supervise and guide culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and service personnel.
- Plan, design, and oversee menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition, health, and food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and materials.
Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for all employees, students, and guests.
- Manage catering services for university events, seminars, and official gatherings.
- Address feedback and complaints proactively, ensuring continuous improvement in services.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and customer-centric service within the food & beverage team.

Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
35 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in an institutional or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen management.
