  • Lead and manage end-to-end curriculum delivery for F&B Service, restaurant operations, beverage management, and event planning.
  • Conduct rigorous, hands-on practical sessions in our mock restaurants and bars, focusing on premium service standards, mixology, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Mentor and guide students through their academic journey, career mapping, and preparation for corporate hotel placements.
  • Manage examinations, and lead department-specific campus events or food festivals.
  • Foster strong industry connections to enhance internship and placement opportunities for students.

What We Are Looking For

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration.

Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in 4/5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or reputed hospitality training institutes. Previous teaching experience is highly valued.

Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of global culinary service styles, wine and beverage pairing & POS software operations

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist located in Dehradun. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, managing inventory, supervising service staff, and handling guest feedback to ensure satisfaction. The Food and Beverage Specialist will also ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards while promoting teamwork and efficiency within the service team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and guest interaction.
  • Basic Culinary Skills and knowledge to effectively engage with kitchen operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Formal education or certification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage roles is highly desirable.
