Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Food and Beverage Executive (Banquets) located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work as needed. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing banquet operations, ensuring exceptional food service and customer satisfaction, coordinating with the culinary team to uphold high food and beverage standards, and maintaining smooth communication between staff and clientele. This role requires adherence to quality, safety, and service standards while working to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Effective Communication skills to build rapport with clients and coordinate efficiently with teams
• Culinary Skills with an understanding of food preparation and presentation standards
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry; a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
