Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Purnea for a Food and Beverage Service professional. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional food service, assisting guests with menu selections, ensuring an excellent dining experience, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to provide seamless operations. The role also involves responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and handling diverse Food & Beverage offerings
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address guest needs promptly
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Basic Culinary Skills with an understanding of menu items and food presentation
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality are advantageous
