Role Description
The Food and Beverage Service Host role at The Leela Palace Chennai is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role includes tasks such as welcoming guests, ensuring excellent guest service, assisting with food and beverage service, and coordinating with the culinary team to provide an exceptional dining experience. The position plays an integral part in ensuring all guests enjoy a memorable and luxurious dining atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong guest Service skills and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Basic Culinary Skills and an understanding of food and drink menus
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
