Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server at Captain 8pm Caf, located in Delhi, India. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety standards, and supporting other team members to ensure smooth operations within the caf.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling, including knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service, including managing orders and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an asset.
