Food and Beverage Server

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server, located in Raipur. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, ensuring accurate and timely food and drink delivery, and maintaining cleanliness across service areas. The role will include taking orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, and offering a friendly and professional dining experience to every guest. Collaboration with team members to uphold quality and service standards is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling best practices
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-facing setting
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
