Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Reporting to unit head)

Property: Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: Rs. 6.0 lacs p.a. base package + Rs.6.0 lacs p.a. performance-linked incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food & beverage business of the hotel -- operations, financials, people & processes
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve F&B revenue goals and control operational expenses
- Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff members deliver exceptional service
- Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation by ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and delivering personalized guest services
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly, striving to exceed their expectations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the hotel industry with at least 5 years F&B leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to work within budgetary constraints
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
- Dynamic, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
