This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Ooty. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service standards, managing budgets, and maintaining a seamless guest experience. Additional duties include training team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the service aligns with the resort's commitment to excellence.

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Experience in team Training and performance management
• Knowledge of Budgeting and financial planning for food and beverage operations
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
