Job Description

Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including planning, organizing, and executing daily service in our assigned units (e.g., corporate canteens, institutional catering, etc.).
  • Develop and implement innovative menu offerings that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per Sodexo policies and local regulations (e.g., FSSAI).
  • Monitor financial performance of F&B operations, analyze sales data, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, addressing feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain efficient service protocols to ensure smooth and timely delivery of meals and beverages.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on F&B performance to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and innovative service techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 6 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably within a large-scale catering operation, hotel, or institutional food service.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
